112 AUTOMATION PROJECT is a Project developed with the purpose of increasing 112 emergency service standards and providing the service more rapidly and effectively by exploiting today’s modern Technologies.

112 Emergency Automation is an integrated system that enables tracking from notice of event to being archived electronically along with coordinatinating the units in the process and realises corporate sources’ planning and management.

By the help of Mobile Terminals, Ambulance team who connects the automation system through GPRS can follow the cases assigned to them and related process online.  Hereby the other units ,making up the other components of automation, can monitor ambulance arrival at the scene, the process of intervention and delivery to the hospital online.

At mobile terminals, Ambulance Team can follow the most suitable route by monitoring how to go by the fastest and shortest way to the target destinations as scene and hospital via map navigation software working independent of internet.

Within the scope of 112 automation, ambulance team communicate data online with command center, stations, other ambulances and related hospital emergencies via mobile terminals.

Furthermore ambulance team can inform the central daily about technical equipment and logistic status info via software at mobile station.  






It can transmit automatically the case and patient information organized by automation through web service to the ministry at a periodical time and format defined by ministry.
